Our Journey
A Decade of Dedication and Growth
Brendan, the founder of Merbain, embarked on his career over a decade ago as an apprentice carpenter, immersing himself in various facets of carpentry. He swiftly advanced, obtaining a contractor's license and establishing his own business, specializing in carpentry subcontracting for leading builders and developers. His proficiency led to roles in project estimations, sales, site supervision, and constructing display homes within the project home market.
From Scale to Defining Excellence
Transitioning into overseeing expansive development projects and orchestrating vibrant community creations marked a decisive shift. Brendan's subsequent pivot towards larger, bespoke projects fostered collaborations with leading architects and designers and in 2019, the inception of Merbain was established. Aimed to imbue quality, resilience, and precision into every endeavour, signifying a steadfast commitment to industry development.
